Refund policy

Our digital products are delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once files are downloaded.

If a file does not open, does not work as described, or you bought the wrong version by mistake, contact us within 14 days. We will fix the problem, swap the file or refund you.

Printed products are made to order. If one arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it.

Draft policy: have it checked for the countries you sell to before launch.
